This page explains, without legal jargon, what happens to the data you send us. It is short, because we collect little.

Who is behind the site

pepodesign is a web design and development studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia. For privacy questions, write to us through the contact form.

What data we collect

The only personal data we process is what you type into the contact form:

• name
• email address
• project type and the content of your message
• the language you wrote in

Nothing else. We collect no data in the background and do not track what you do on the site.

Why, and on what basis

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry — that is also the legal basis: your consent and steps taken before a possible contract. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes it technically

The form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (USA) — the platform this site is hosted on. That means a transfer of data outside North Macedonia and the EU, covered by Netlify's contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Messages reach our inbox via Netlify Forms.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation about your enquiry lasts. When it ends, we delete it — unless the enquiry turns into a project, in which case the data becomes part of ordinary business correspondence.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no pixels and requests nothing from third parties. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the North Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object. Write to us and we will act without delay. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Macedonian Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk) or your local supervisory authority.
